wow i have finding some great stuff to make! 

I just had this great sandwich for lunch :)

 2 slices toasted whitewheat bread - 110 calories

1 fried egg white - 17calories

2 pieces of bacon - 70 calories

2 slices of turkey(thin) - 17 calories

1/2 of an avacado - 150 calories

2 slices of a tomato - 5 calories

*total of 369 calories*

OHHH and also.....Chad and I have decided to go on another fabulous trip! Not a HoT, SuNny, BeaChy trip this time!  We are going to Breckenridge, Colorado  YAY!! we are going in the beginning of January! Can't wait! :) Getting ready to be BUNDLED up and KILLING it on the slopes! (hahaha)

ahh..christmas time is here..

Chad & I just got back from the beautiful city of Charleston! We had a wonderful time over thanksgiving. The weather was wonderful. I ran my first 5K in Charleston :) it was the Turkey Day Run! So much fun, it feels great to have been able to accomplish that! lol and Now i am dying to run in the Reindeer Romp in Greensboro, on Sat. December 10th! It is so much fun, good exercise, and its for a good cause!
We have finished decorating for Christmas and the house looks and smells absolutely amazing!! So glad its all up and done! I've even wrapped presents!
Lately i have been on pinterest(of course), but FOOD is the main thing I am looking at!! Tonight I made a Pasta for dinner that i found with Penne, and a sun-dried tomato cream sauce. Very good! Chad was proud! and im going to keep on cooking! i think i bought everything in the grocery store today! haha So tomorrow i am going to make me some CHILI in my new Crock Pot (well chad's)! i really hope it turns out good!! So glad the holidays are here and i am looking forward to more family time! <3

DIY Project: Shutters

So started out and went to Habitat for humanity and found some shutters($5.00 a piece)! I needed some new wall decor and thought some distressed shutters would be a cool look! I picked out mustard yellow for the paint color(the pictures don't really do the color justice)

Vacation...

i just want to go on a vacation... i need a break, from everything! i am so tired lately. i just cant seem to get a pep in my step! this rainy weather is making me very lazy. we are planning to go to Charleston over thanksgiving, i am pretty excited about that. i have never been, but i've heard great things about it. Chad and i went to dinner tonight and discussed going on a trip of our own very soon :) ahhh i hope so!

weddings

Busy lately...

Ok so i haven't blogged in a while! i have been so busy with weddings and singing. being out of town. but i did get to lay on the beach one day i will say it was great! last weekend we went to Beaufort, NC for a wedding for one of Chad's friends. The weather was absolutely beautiful and i got sunburnt! ahhh AWESOME! anyways the week before that was a wedding for our great friends Matt Kepley and Nikki Galloni. It was a gorgeous country outside wedding, and of course it ends up being the coldest night so far! we all were chilly but luckily they had a toasty fire pit to warm up!!! Nikk was absolutely beautiful as always!!
   So i've also been a little crazy about PINTEREST! and i have got to say i am becoming a pretty crafty person! haha (at least trying anyways) i love all the DIY stuff! I have done a few CoRkY projects :) (Pictures to come) And now i have decided to do some wall decor for my upstairs!! I went to Habitat for Humanity today and got myself some old shutters to use. I am going to paint them and crackle them, so they look old and ViNtAGE! love it! also and going to use an old window frame for pictures!! ok so i have this all in my head! i will take pictures as the project come along! so excited! will be back soon!
    I will be having a Scentsy PARTY for my friend Amanda on Nov. 13th from 2:00- 4:00pm
and i am aslo pretty stoked about that! i usually dont host events because i ahve had anxiety, but you know what....i want people to see my house! I have NEVER had a gathering! ha Here we go! Hope everyone is having an amazing week! PeAcE
